Dan did a great job having quality sub-contractors throughout the entire project. It was a quality in-law apartment added to and blended well with the main house. Dan went the extra mile on even personally doing some of the work. We were able to move in after only 4 months from start to finish.

We waited a long time for our kitchen remodel, and Purcell Construction was wonderful to work with, and our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful. We had a deck rebuilt because of age and deterioration and within a short time after completion leaks developed. Purcell Construction removed the surface, stopped the leaks and recommended a surface superior in appearance, weight and durability. Talk about turning lemons into lemonade, there鈥檚 the proof!
